A Study On The Standard Of ILO Accommodation Of Crews And Our Country's Strategy

The International Labour Organization Maritime Labour Convention,2006 Title3 the standard of accommodation of crews is a new labour standard,which is established on the basis of Accommodation of Crews Convention(Revised),1949 and Accommodation of Crews(Supplementary Provisions) Convention,1970.The standard of accommodation of crews in Maritime Labour Convention,2006 is a double-edged sword,which will exert positive and negative effort on our country.In regard of the standard of accommodation of crews,lots of problems are existed in our country's law legislation,law enforcement and shipping industry,which still has gap between the Maritime Labour Convention,2006.This thesis takes the standard of accommodation of crews as guideline,analyzing the probability it might effect our country;according to the current situation of the standard of accommodation of crews,analyzes the existed problems and finally educes our country's corresponding strategy,which will provide suggestive advices for the standard of accommodation of crews in our country's law legislation,law enforcement and shipping industry.This thesis is divided into four chapters.Chapter One briefly introduces the International Labour Organization and the International Labour Standard,mainly divides law legislation of ILO crews' development stage and concludes every stage's main content and feature.Chapter Two compares C92,C133 and related provision of MLC 2006,analyses development tendency of the legislation of ILO standard of accommodation of crews and the probability it might effect on our country's law legislation,law enforcement, shipping industry,crew dignity work and crew labor market.Chapter Three firstly introduces the law legislation,law enforcement and current situation of fleet of our country's standard of accommodation of crews,after that analyses the problems existed.Chapter Four takes standard of accommodation of crews as reference,according to the effect it might cause and the problem might exist,proposes corresponding strategy.
