A Study On The Implement System Of Maritime Labor Convention Draft And Our Countermeasures

This thesis covers the implement system of Maritime Labor Convention .Base on the discussion of rationality and content, this thesis advances some countermeasures .This thesis firstly carries out the study on Legislation developments on seamen of International Labour Organization and shows the main content and characteristics and significance of the single instrument-Maritime Labor Convention.Chapter 2 is the discussion on the implement system-compliance and enforcement, including the flag state responsibilities,port state responsibilities and labor-supplying responsibilities.In chapter 3,this thesis shows our legislation present situation on seamen and main problems.Then in chapter 4, puts up some countermeasures- legislation on seamen and system of implement and inspection and so on. The author hopes to be of help to the legislation on seamen.
