The fourth charter was the focal point, in the base of draw lessons from the foreign experience and combined our country reality circumstances,we gave to some the way to deal with a situation, as to how to establish and perfect our country the law system of the Exchange of Stock Index Future.The research methods in this thesis concern on the comparative analyze,integration theory with practice and so on. we try my best to view the Exchange of Stock Index Future from the respect of law science,and contribute to farther legality and standardization of rules about the law system of the Exchange of Stock Index Future.
