Imperial Vision Of "Shi E" System Research

In the first part of the paper,the writer researches the historical origins of the "shi'e system",the abolition of which from its infancy can be divided into four stages.On the basis of "Tang Shu-yee", the writer makes detailed study of the "shi'e system" . Through the above efforts, this paper attempts to research the "shi'e system" to reveal the inherent relationship between the imperial Chinese society and the " shi'e system ".It's concluded that: "shi'e system " from beginning to end, are ruled by the imperial power , service for the imperial rule. In the second part of this paper, the writer considers the law in ancient China are starting to run for the power ,and escort it,while,in the process of building up the mordeon The rule of lawcountry,we shoule draw lessons from history, regulate the operation of the power system by law.
