Under the background of Confucianism,the scholar class taking the classics family advantage to implement the official career concept which means the the good scholar will make an official and the rapidly evolves into a bureaucracy.Thanks to the implementation of the Feudal Officials of Nine Grades System in Wei and Jin Dynasties,eminent scholar classes gain their political,economic and cultural status to become nobles.For example,the distinguished scholar Wang Xie,whose social status even surpasses the emperor.Unfortunately,with the extreme expansion of power,corruption appears within gentry's own scope;at the same time,the emperor also cannot bear their situation of sharing the same world or sharing the equal rights with the gentry's clans.As a result,the emperor began to suppress the gentry's clans and limit their powers.The emergency of the imperial examination system in Song and Tang Dynasties breaks the monopoly of the gentry official way,fair and open system was more favorable for the emperors to recruit and hire the talents over the world.In Song Dynasty,such as a series of systems were promoted,such as removing the exam application restrictions,abolishing the public recommendation,taking the seal and transcription system.Then,the imperial examination system developed into a real official selection system beneficial to people all over the word..The talents and the elites elected through the strict examination system,the emperor entrust them great missions which has created the new historical pattern of distinguished scholars and emperor govern their nation cooperatively.The imperial examination system not only alleviate the low classes' underlying anger emotions with lack of promoting ways;more importantly,it gradually disintegrate distinguished scholars' dispersed powers and consolidated the imperial power,which will facilitated the social stabilities and national cultures' popularization.
