In the year of Hongwu Thirtieth,there was an important case which had special meaning in the history of Civil Service Examination System,It called the South and North List case.It was regarded as an fraud case in Civil Service Examination,so the main Examiner Liusanwu was exiled in high age,eighty years old.and killed the main checker Zhangxin with other ten people.the Champion of the North List Chenan and the third one Liushie also killed later.Actually,this case was an unjust case which made by the emperor,Zhuyuanzhang His purse was to comfort the people which included the student,the official and the Landlord in the north of China.in case they built the relationship with the failed Yuan dynasty.so Zhuyuanzhang cancel the South List which only accepted the south students,he organized another exam and only accepted the students which from the north of China.This paper do not want to explore the deep reason why this case happened,because it has many papers to explain this.In my paper,I try to analysis in two ways.The first is to explain the case in the eye of the people detailed,focus on the people.Secondly,and the more important one is to analysis the law which under the Imperial Power System.Including the Imperial power politics how to influence the law and result in the unjust case.Besides,the Direct Appealing System under the Imperial Power System is this paper's one of theme,and the judicial also.Based on these research,summarize that the law under the Imperial Power System is easy to become the tool of politics.The system of direct action under the imperial power also breaks the conventional bureaucratic power with arbitrary and easily reduced to the Supreme ruler.
