The Role Awareness Of Public Administrator

With the development of the society, the power of the government has become the most important index to judge its performance. Now China is in the transition of the community. Improve the power of the government is the assurance of developing socialistic market economy which demands even higher requirements to the construction of the government power. Since reform and opening-up, China has achieved a lot in the innovation of the administration. However, there are still impropriate actions done by public administrator which directly impacts the construction of the government power and social custom. The nature of the role awareness of public administrator is to understand the administrative job and responsibility which impacts the administrative behavior directly. It is one of the most important parts to solve those problems and it is also the value of the government reformation.This article has four main parts. Part one defines the background and the purpose of the research. It also summarizes worldwide situation during this scenario and basic guideline to conduct this research. Part two introduces the role awareness of the public administrator, the definition, the nature, and its components. This gives reader the theoretical basis to understand the role awareness of public administrator. In Part Three, through case study, this article points out the main causes of the derivation of the currents situation of theoretical assumptions. The last part will give you some suggestions to perfect the role awareness of the public administrator through three aspects: eliminate role distance, minimize the background impacts and standardize the role awareness.
