To elementary school students,it's very important for them to take the initiative to improve their words and deeds according to the standard of young pioneers rather than just wearing the red scarves every day.That is the role awareness of young pioneers,which needs the training and instructions from the counselors.Normally,the training is focused on explaining the related knowledge.Young pioneers passively listen to the lectures and acquire some slogans,however,they may not truly understand the ceremony or the slogans of the young pioneers.Besides,counselors also carry out ceremonial education of young pioneers and activity classes to train young pioneers.Thus,we need to explore a way to create a platform for young pioneers so that they can play an important role in the class and become a true young pioneer.In my point of view,the 'Little Teacher System' may provide the possibility to develop the role awareness of young pioneers.If the 'Little Teacher' wants to undertake the responsibility to teach the juniors,he/she must understand the related knowledge at first and deliver it through an understandable way to juniors.The purposes of the research are as following:(1)Confirming if the "Little Teacher System" works;(2)Discovering if the young pioneers can truly deepen their understanding of the role of young pioneers while being the little teachers;(3)Finding the difficulties they will encounter;(4)Works that counselors can do to support the system.This article will use the "Experimental Research" to narrate the class,analyze the interviews and comment on the tentative class of the "Little Teacher System".The four chapters of the article are as following:Chapter one mainly introduces the reason for choosing this topic,the main idea of the article,the current reviews and research methods,etc.Chapter two mainly analyzes the present basic training strategies and disadvantages of the role awareness of young pioneers and expresses the hope to develop a new strategy.As the main chapter of this article,chapter three mainly talks about the plans and research process of developing the role awareness of young pioneers by using the'Little Teacher System'.As the conclusion chapter of this article,chapter four analyzes the result of applying the 'Little Teacher System' according to the feedbacks from the 'Little Teacher',partners,teachers and juniors.In order to further carry out the development of the role awareness of young pioneers,this article also analyzes the pros and cons,further improvements of the system.According to the research,the author found that the " Little Teacher System "not only developed young pioneers' ability to communicate,plan and coordinate,but also improved the role awareness of young pioneers in the following three aspects.First,it helps young pioneers to grasp the knowledge and develop their honor awareness while recognizing and analyzing the related knowledge.Second,'Little Teacher' teaching the class individually can develop the independence of young pioneers and establish their awareness of an organization.Third,the "Little Teacher"needs to serve and contribute throughout the whole process,which has an important impact on their service awareness.
