Based on the concept of International Community Orientation as well as the specificity of their own and the requirements of Corporate-Social - Benefits-Theory, Transnational corporations have to respect and safeguard the relating people's human rights;and committing to international human rights responsibility on transnational corporations can improve their social assessment, then bring greater economic benefits.Human rights responsibility on transnational corporations mainly comprise six aspects, there are the right to life, liberty and personal security, equal opportunities and non-discriminatory treatment of the right, labor rights, health rights, environmental rights, as well as the right to development.International human rights responsibility on transnational corporations need to be protected by law. The basic international legal documents regulating of the human rights responsibility on transnational corporations are "soft law" in nature, while there is no effective accountability mechanisms and coercive power, It may be a dead letter in a way.The United Nations norms on the responsibility of transnational corporations and other business enterprises with regard to human rights try to combine a variety of accountability methods to ensure the transnational corporations to comply with their human rights responsibility, it provides two different modes: direct mode and indirect mode. Although the norms have made tremendous efforts for the problem of the accountability mechanisms, it still lacks the diversity criteria for sanctions, the enforcement mechanisms is not adequate and effective, and it has not placed enough emphasis on the procedural issues.It should take effective measures to improve the accountability mechanisms of international human rights responsibility on transnational corporations.At first,the specialized International institution may consider be create, it has the capacity to supervise and manage the transnational corporations on human rights violation activities;at second, expand the scope of supervision in the further;at third, the host and home countries should both strengthen their building of laws, and try their best to regulate the accountability mechanisms of the human rights responsibility on transnational corporations.China should actively regulate the foreign transnational corporations to assume responsibility for human rights in China, so as to play an active leader in the overseas Chinese transnational corporations to assume responsibility for international human rights.
