Study On Service-oriented Government Gonstruction Under The View Of Political Ecology

The Service-oriented government is the brand new location and construction goal under new period.Building a service-oriented government is to build a harmonious society and improve the party's level,to deal with the inevitable trend of the challenges of globalization,but also to improve the current political environment and wiser.As advocated by the world's governance,service-oriented government came into being has its historical inevitability,is the new period,the results of the evolution of political ecology,but also the inevitable process of historical evolution of the power of evolution.In this paper,from the political ecology perspective of building a service-oriented government,aimed at reviewing the evolution of political dynasties for the current service-oriented government rationalize the idea of building so as to enhance a service-oriented government on the construction of a deep understanding of,and to build service-oriented government to provide the systems engineering theory and practice of the reference.This article is divided into four parts.The article describes the first part of political theory.Research on service-oriented government as a new perspective,adhere to the theory of dynamic,three-dimensional linked views of the system so as to create a service-oriented government to provide a theoretical support.The second part of the evolution of systems based on real-time analysis of the different historical stages of the characteristics of the political environment,pointing out that the limitations of public policy at the time,made for the current service-oriented government to find a historical inevitability.Ripping out the third part of the article at all levels of the political environment, citing the current government and society,the government and the natural as well as the existence of the Government's own disharmony,which is the phenomenon of the current service-oriented government to create an urgent need to overcome.The fourth part of the article raised the issue of resolving the current political environment of the specific measures,namely,to seek political and social,political and natural,ecological balance within the political system of the pathway.Finally,starting from the concept of political ecology is proposed to build service-oriented government systems engineering.In this paper,the innovation is the first systematic analysis of the successive policy background,the political environment at the time under special policies to provide a rational analysis,and realistic analysis of the constraints at the time of the policy.
