Political Ecology Sight Saving Government Building Research

Economical government is put forward in a great historical context of"Postmodern Society". It is a new government paradigm used to understand relationships between government organizations and energy, resources, government organizations and social cost of pay. It is Chinese government's new orientation and construction goal in this new period .It is not only an inevitable trend of building a harmonious society, enhancing the party's ruling level, responding to the globalization challenges, but also a wise selection of improving the current political ecology. This article analyses economical government construction from the perspective of political ecology aiming at involving the government into the whole large system of human society. As an organism in this system, economical government can be inspected to get deeper understanding. Meanwhile, political ecology provides references both on theory and practice for construction of economical government.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the relative theory of political ecology. As a new perspective of studying economical government, this theory provides a useful theoretical support with dynamic, stereo, contact principle for constructing economical government.The second part of the article deeply explains economical government's connotation, and makes a comprehensive analysis for resource-efficient government's extensive ecological implication from multiple angles as well as provides an ecological paradigm guidelines for building the economical government.Putting economical government into the whole human society, the third part lists the current disharmonious phenomena between government and society, government and nature and government itself. These phenomena are urgently needed to overcome in the course of building economical government.The fourth part of the thesis firstly makes an accurate position for economical government and digs out its current ecological role, and then brings out the realistic route of constructing a resource-efficient government. All these mentioned provide a rational analysis for creating an economical government of system engineering.
