Sdudy On Legislative Process Democratization

Legislation is essentially important in upholding a nation and protecting the rights of citizens.The success or failure of legislation is directly related to the vital interests of the broad masses of the people, related to the development of the country.Democracy as a form of political system and national forms, the spirit and basic requirements of legislation is democratic, that is, only reflect and comply with public opinion has the legislation had the foundation of legitimacy and the legitimacy of the premise.Democratization of the legislative process is the basic requirements and the specific embodiment of legislation, and an important guarantee of will and benefits of the majority people.Our country has long been known as the "value entity, ignore process".The tradition of long-standing neglect of the democratic legislative process has had some negative impact on the construction of China's socialist legal system.With the development and social progress, the democratization of the legislative process has become irreversible historical trend of democratic legal system construction. In this paper, the author takes this opportunity to consider the new problems of legislative process of democratization both in rich practice and deep theory.The main part of this paper is divided into five chapters.Chapterâ… to explain the general theory of democracy of legislative process and clearly define the concept of democracy and so of the legislative process from connotation to denotation.Chapter II t Comparison of the main differences of the legislative process in Western and Eastern countries between democratic system.Chapter III to summarize the characteristics of China's legislative process and put forward the existence problems and reflections in the democratic legislative process.Chapter IV to analyze the reasons of existence problems in the legislative process of our democratic system and put forward rationalization proposals to improve the legislative process of our democracy at all stages.In addition, the author intend to use the means of comparative analysis to compare the world's major national legislative process and assess its democratic procedures. On the other hand, the author takes the means of empirical analysis to analyze the status of democracy of the legislative process in the world and our country, argue the the necessity and feasibility to improve the existing legislative procedures in China's legal system.
