Study On The System Of Information Law

Since the 20th century 1960s, the rapid development of information technology causes a round of technological revolution in the range of global. Computer and internet bring huge expedience on people's work and communication, affect the human way of life deeply, and then it changing the human society. Now, human society towards an information society has become the consensus of the world.Information law is a group of legal norms which adjust Information activities and it's a scientific legal system. With legal effect in a low level, China's current information law is not so systematic and can not meet the legal needs of the community. Therefore, study on the legal system of China's information law will be provided with great theoretical and practical significance. The writer studies the legal system of China's information law through five parts mainly.The first part is an introduction to the article, raised the issue of research and analysis of the significance of the subject. It is be in Information Society which is the background of information law research. This section then analyzes the basic characteristics of the information society, the significance of the background to the study, and the function which information society is looking forward to Information law. The second part, to provide a conceptual basis for research,the author defines information both from the connotation and extension of it and lists the different categories of information.The third part is the theoretical part of this article, it analysis the theoretical basis of the research both from the sociology of law and thinking of rights, Pointed out that the study of information law through the research of information rights, and specific analysis the different information rights.The fourth part studies the legislation of the countries and districts which have advanced experience of the information law. Then analysis the current situation and problems of China's information law with suggestionsThe last part, based on concepts and theories which provided by the previous, the writer constructs the legal system of China's information law both from the guiding principles and the internal system.
