The paper mainly discussed about the simulation of the island landing campaign, that is, appling a series of models in order to simulating the experimental operations. We divided into two models, Strategic Analysis Model and Campaign Plan Model.First of all, in the Strategic Analysis Model, we restricted the type of the campaign in normal campaign, and used the Lanchester's Square Law, to identify the two sides to meet the basic requirements, as well as to determine the conditions of the ownership of the victory. At this point, we can have a general understanding of the trend of the entire campaign.Next, in the Campaign Plan Model, referencing to the well-known experiment A2C2 (Adaptive Architectures for Command and Control), we identified the attributes of all combat troops and the attributes of the missions which need to complete by the troops. Through using the attributes resources determined by the above-mentioned experiments, we set the total time to complete the mission objective minimums as the function, and cited the dual variable to establish the mixed elements linear programs. Finally, we cited the famous World War II landing and anti-landing battle—Iwo Jima to test the model, use the real data to simulate the model, and compare the result with the actual situation.
