JinMen Campaign Progress Plan And Risk Management Research

Entering the twenty-first century, derived by the new technology, the developed Western countries have strengthen the development of their military, strengthening the innovation of the theory and method of military command method. The development resulted in a new military revolutionary tide to keep their supreme power. Taiwan is more and more likely to become an independent state. Taiwan has bought a lot of weapon and strengthened the military drill to improve its ability of reject the unification by its force. We must adapt to the international developing circumstances and summarize the experience and lesson what comes from the former military case, in order to innovate military theory, completing the preparation of military operation to prevent the independent of Taiwan, and supporting the new mission of our army.At the same time, the successful practice of the theory of project management has focused the attention of the world upon it and provided a nice theoretical platform for our military innovations. This dissert provide a JinMen Campaign research based on the theory of project management. This dissert will find the problems in the project management of JinMen Campaign which includes human resource management, project range management, progress management and project risk management. Aiming at these problems, this dissert uses the project management technologies which include project organizational structure choice pattern, the project scope instruction booklet, the WBS task decomposition technology, the project scope change control flow, the single code number network plan technology, the milestone progress management plan table, the risk assessment matrix and so on, to study the project management plan of Jinmen campaign. The management plan includes: the establishment of project organization, the management of project scope, the management of project progress and the management of project risk. Because all the military action have some common characters, the management plan in this dissert is not only a suitable plan for the Jinmen campaign but also a very good reference for other military actions.
