Research On E-government Information Services Based On Integrations

The transformation of government functions is an important mission of contemporary governmental reforms;and one crucial thing is to provide efficient services and strengthen government information services.However,there are some obstacles in E-government information services,i.e."information barriers","information system isomerism",low standardization levels,and it pulls forward higher requests to E-government information services.To speed up the functions of the full e-government transformations,we need introduce integrations into E-government information services as soon as possible.We make the best use of information in society,offer convenient integrated services to farmers,educators,enterprises,and governments,and provide information need securities for social productions and social life.The article divides into five parts.The first part illustrates research backgrounds and significances,reviews research status at home and abroad,and introduces objectives, methods,contents and ideas of this study.The second part mainly analyzes developments of integration thoughts,connotations and characteristics of integrations,connotations and characteristics of E-government information services based on integrations,and information service principles based on integrations.The third part studies E-government information services from the perspective of integrations,including the analysis of functions,subjects,and levels and so on.The fourth part is the main chapter.Firstly,it proposes construction principles of E-govemment integrated information services; secondly,it analyzes contents of E-government integrated information services;thirdly,it presents architectures of E-government integrated information services.The fifth part proposes some countermeasures about E-govemment integrated information services. The sixth part is the sum-up about the essay,and forecasts the direction of the researches and developments.
