Research On The Model Of Information Resource Directory Services For E-government

In order to solve the problem of "Information Island" in the present construction of E-government, gain a high efficiency method to discover the target information and make better use of information resource, reduce rebuilding, realize information sharing, it is imperative to integrate the information resources.The basic purpose of designing the Information Resource Directory Services model is making the isolated information resource associated, realizing the transformation from out-of-order to ordered. This paper comes from the demands of government information conformity, combining the characteristic of government information resource, based on the directory structure and web services, the information resource directory services model is designed to realize the integration effectively. The detailed work of this paper as follows:(1) Summarizing the situations of domestic and abroad developments of information resource integration and the correlative technologies, analyzing the feature of government organization structure and government information resource respectively and expatiating the need of carrying out integration on government information.(2) Overloading the concept of directory services about government information resource, the Information Resource Directory Services model for E-government is built combined the Web Services and directory structure. The details of this model are described whole and strictly, including the thoughts of the designing, the hierarchical structure, particular design of each module.(3) Based on the designs of information exchanging mechanism, description strategy and register mechanism, the rounded solution has been made out about the web services application.
