The Crime by taking advantage of duty shows the characteristics of high-tech,crossing the administrative branches, the region or even the countries. The situation of transferring the filthy lucre and booty, deserting with money to overseas is more and more serious. The cases show the trend of Chain of rings and it brings the heavy pressure because the subjects have the special position and their criminal activities concerns closely with the development of economy. In order to cope with this complicated trend, it has emergent requirement to invent the model of investigation, reinforce the ability of procurator organ and establish the cooperative and high efficient mechanism of unified investigation of crime by taking advantage of duty.Unified investigation of crime by taking advantage of duty has been promoted by the supreme procurator organ from 2002 and it is given the deep concern by judicial academics and practices. It lacks the deep research as a new invention. Because the establishment of any new legal system needs a process of perfecting, this article, using the style of comparative research and combing the theory with practice, offers some suggestions by analyzing the disadvantage of present situation of unified investigation of crime by taking advantage of duty and discussing how to overcome them. And the article also points out some preliminary ideas of international cooperation in the system of investigation of crime by taking advantage of duty.The article has four chapters except the introduction and conclusion. Firstly it points out some problems of investigation of crime by taking advantage of duty. And secondly, it describes the history of Chinese system of investigation of crime by taking advantage of duty. Thirdly, it discussed the possibility and necessity of setting up the system of unified investigation of crime by taking advantage of duty by learning the overseas investigation of crime by taking advantage of duty. And it also points out the problems of weakening the governance of leadership between higher class authorities and lower class ones, lacking the cooperation, and localizing the right of investigation. The author offers some legal considering about perfecting the system of Chinese unified investigation of crime by taking advantage of duty which include setting up the organization insurance by focusing on the investigation and realizing the purpose of the unifying information, intelligence, insurance and cooperation of investigation.
