A Study Of Technical Regulations Of China's Food Safety System

In recent years, food safety issues arising from the international community's growing concern, consumer confidence in the quality of products directly affect a country's export expansion, therefore the establishment of a sound and comprehensive system of food safety technical regulations in many countries becomes a necessary homework. EU food safety system is well known as the world's most successful one of the food safety system. The EU has the world's highest recognized level of food safety protection, for most of the exporting countries and regions, EU food safety standards is an important cornerstone of the entire EU food safety system of technical regulations. The EU is one of the major areas of the highest barriers to food market, but it is very difficult to critics it, because it is in line with the principles under the WTO. Therefore, whether it is for the protection of national interests of the vast number of consumers or to expand exports, to study and learn from the EU's food safety system and build and improve China's food safety system are of great significance to China.
