Research On Legal Issues Of Stock Stimulation System

Stock Stimulation System is an effective corporate stimulation system which can effectively deal with the problem of commission and agency,and can form a long-term stimulation system in the internal company.But Stock Stimulation System is a double-edged sword,it can cause some bad effects.So we must find a way to increase the stimulation effects and decrease the bad effects.Combined with Stock Stimulation System's history,types;the current situation and the problem of Stock Stimulation System in our county,my paper wants to provide some suggestions to perfect the Stock Stimulation System of our county.The full text is divided into three major chapters besides introduction and conclusion and the main content is set as the following:The First Chapter is the general study of the Stock Stimulation System.In this chapter,the author has made the definition of the concept of the Stock Stimulation System,introduced the types of the Stock Stimulation System,summed up the history of the Stock Stimulation System and analyzed the legal characteristics of the Stock Stimulation System.The Second Chapter is the current situation and problem of Stock Stimulation System in our county.In this chapter,the author has analyzed the current situation of the Stock Stimulation System in our county,the exploring stage of the Stock Stimulation System in our country and the foundation of the Stock Stimulation System in our country.Then the author has summed up the problem of the Stock Stimulation System in our county,include the problem of the stock stimulation plan, the legal problem of the Stock Stimulation System,the system problem of the Stock Stimulation System.The Third Chapter is the suggestions to perfect the Stock Stimulation System of our county.In this chapter,the author has provided some suggestions to perfect the Corporation Law,the Security Law and some other law conferred with the Stock Stimulation System in order to provide some suggestions to perfect the Stock Stimulation System in our county which include the improvement of the company capital system,the improvement of Corporate Governance,the improvement of the information disclosure system,the improvement of the security civil compensation system.The author hopes that,the related analysis and study of this paper can promotes the necessary amendment and perfection of related laws and regulation for this system and creates a proper law environment for the effective operation of the Stock Stimulation System in our county.
