The article thinks that the human should be as a subject of international law, the protection of world heritage in international criminal law should be improved,and the balance of the world heritage should be ensured by legislation. These ways will make an legal improvement of the protection of world heritage in international law. The paper thinks that monitoring mechanism should be improved, teaching mechanism should be established ,and cooperation mechanism should be promoted. By these ways, the protect mechanism of world heritage in international law will be better than now.Finally, The paper goes back and researches national law. It analyses the present situation on the protection of word heritage in nationl law, pointed out some problem existed in national law on the protection of word heritage,and table some constructive proposals.
