Under the background of constructing harmonious urban national relation, in order to figure out the status quo of minority peasant workers'urban acculturation, the paper regards minority peasant workers in Foshan City and Shenzhen City in Guangdong Province as the research object, and makes an in-depth investigation to 250 minority peasant workers by questionnaire and case interview. After that, these datum are analyzed through regression analysis so as come to a conclusion about the factors influenced their urban acculturation. Further the paper explores the acculturation process and mode to suit the developed regions, and puts forward possibility suggestions.It includes four parts:The first part includes the study background, the literature review and the conceptualization. In addition, the research method and the sample overview are also mentioned.The second part describes the status quo of their urban acculturation. Research shows that they adapt to a certain extent, but the level is not high, expressed by the natural-selective material level, the tendency to obey social system, the shrinking social level, and the self-internalizing spirit level.The third part analyzes the factors influenced their urban acculturation. The regression model shows that: work time, the standard of Putonghua , education, the job of ethnic relevance, mode of living, the most frequently exchange people, religion, diet, life satisfaction and the development motivation are obviously implicate to their urban acculturation. But the age, sex, marriage, economic motivation, environment motivation, climate, transportation, and housing, are not obvious.The fourth part draws the conclusion. It points out that, the urban acculturation is the start of resocialization and continues throughout the process. The process is alternative, but not progressive from the material level, system level, social level to spirit level. Such alternative characteristic causes the social level and spirit level shrinking and self-internalization. The developed regions show three main models: coexistence, separation and marginalization. According to the above conclusions, the paper proposes relevantly suggestions to deal with the problem that the urban national work of our county at the moment.
