A Game Investigation Of Behaviors In Urban Houses Demolition Under The Background Of Property Law

It is more than twenty years that urban house demolition came with urbanization course. Urban house demolition has close relationship with people's benefit as well as the nation's development. While urban house demolition realizes the city planning and promotes the standard of living, the confliction brought by it is also the focus. The ordination of Property Law of China perfects the national jurisprudence and improves the status of private right in 2007. From then on, the research on the influence of Property Law taking to urban house demolition becomes the central point.The research of urban house demolition is still at primary stages without a complete theory system. Under this background, this thesis introducing game theory attempts to widen the thinking of theory research and have contribution to practice as the same.First, this thesis analyses the relations between the elements of urban house demolition under the background of Property Law, by comparing the administration byelaws from different urban. Then, it constructs the offer-counteroffer game model of urban house demolition to research the subjects'behaviors, and gets the game equilibrium by backward induction. At last, this thesis puts forward some suggestions on the mechanism redesign of urban house demolition on the basic of game equilibrium trying to find the new way of management system of urban house demolition after Property Law.
