Nowadays our country is in a stage of rapid development as well as theurbanization. Many cities around the country are under a large-scale transformation. On one hand, due to the loose expansion of the city construction over the past years, the situation of shortage of land resource is becoming worse. On the other hand, seriesof large-scale transformation projects are under constructed following with housedemolition simultaneously. As the rapid development of cities, dozens of social problems are coming along;one of the critical is the rise of economic dispute cases occurred in house demolitions,Such as the imbalance and unfairness of interests among the parties concerned in theprocess, which lags off the progress of projects, becomes a barrier of the urbanization. At the same time, the interests of the people can not be guaranteed. Government isadopting series of economic compensation measurements and policies to ensure thestability of society. As long as economic interests is the core, it is quite urgent tointroduce some more complete regulations and rules to overcome the difficulties inhousing demolition compensation.Through the analysis of housing compensation theory as well as Xi’an city housedemolition compensation scheme, this article is going to do a more in-depth discussingand exploring in the following aspects; First of all, combining with the difficulties incity’s housing demolition, we try analyzing the current methods and principles andcoming up with the factors affect the process of house demolition. Secondly, using theevolutionary game theory to analyze the interests concerned among each party in thehousing demolition process, we put forward with herd behaviors theory to analyze thebehaviors between the demolited party and counter-party by using the asymmetricevolutionary game theory to reach a final compensation. Finally, through theestablishment of these two processes of evolutionary game model, we introduce the example of the demotion of Xi’an Da Ming Gong projects to demonstrate changes ineconomic ties among both parties. All in all, this paper aims to raise the public’sattention in house demolitions and comes up with some reference for the establishmentof a more complete demolition compensation system.
