The Research On Improving The Legal System Of Rural Homestead

Land is the most precious natural resource, and the basic, traditional and primary guarantee for Chinese farmers' living. As the social productivity and economy develop, the land legal system's focus also changes dramatically. In China, rural land ownership and right of homestead are the most important part of our rural land legal system, and influenced by economic system, political system. This legal regime has been also produced a series of changes. Now, right of homestead and related systems are protected by law. In this article, the author try to discuss questions about system of homestead, explore the best and highly effective way to use rural homestead, and hope to improve the legal system of rural homestead.
