Moral Construction In New Socialist Rural From The Perspective Of Social Harmony

Essay firstly depicts the outcome of current moral construction and the existing problems in rural areas. It also studies specifically about the reasons that lead to the problems. The existing problems are as follows: moral construction in rural areas is weak; the rural folk tradition is low, the rise of the market, the rise of feudal patriarchal clan system and clan forces, as well as the lack of hardware and software during the process of moral construction. These problems are caused by faintness of modern values, constraint of backward rural economic and cultural level, the weakness of the core values of socialist support carrier in the rural areas; what's more, the leading role of information construction in rural areas is not outstanding. They are all reflections of the primary stage of socialism in our country, and the special conditions in the construction of China's rural areas. It is characterized by complexity, backwardness as well as low speed, etc. This determines that only when we understand the scientific connotation and significance can we find proper methods to solve the problems.The scientific connotation of the moral construction in rural areas mainly includes: to lay solid scientific foundation for moral values, to strengthen the material basis of the rural economy, to establish a long-term performance evaluation mechanism and to form a new socialist countryside with harmonious atmosphere. While the significance is embodied in that it is beneficial to the harmonious socialist new countryside construction and the promotion of agricultural modernization, it is conducive to eliminate the dual-splitting situation in ideology and to promote the harmonious development between economy and society in rural areas.Undertaking moral construction of new rural areas is a systematic project. Onthe basis of clear thinking and developing goals, we must implement it under guidance and organization in a step-by-step fashion, rely on the masses, and gradually establish various management system and the coordinated mechanism in order to build a new socialist countryside moral system with Chinese characteristics, which including the establishment of the vertical "three-level" integrated management system, various types of horizontal coordination mechanisms and effective reward and punishment incentives. In the paper, the author also explores on a number of related theories and coordinated practices to a certain extent.
