Political morality refers to the value of the political power, the moral principles of the political activities, and the moral qualities of people formed during the process of the political practice. At present, the country is experiencing the big transformation, reinforcement of the socialism political morality construction is even more important, because the political morality is very important in steadying the social orders, purifying the political atmosphere, developing the socialist market economy, perfecting the socialist politics, constructing the socialist political civilization, and realizing a more prosperous society.Outstanding contribution is made by numerous minority leaders in western district to maintain the union and steadiness of the district, and to develop the politics, economy, civilization, and the society of the district.
