Research On Safety Problems Of Ideology In XinJiang

Ideology security refers to that the system representing and reflecting the interests and ideas of one class or social group is not threatened, eroded, and assimilated by external and internal factors. It is closely related to the unity of country and social stability. Xinjiang is located at the western border of China. Because of its special geographical, historical and humane environments, Xinjiang has been always the focus of hostile infiltration. In addition to this, new conflictions and problems caused by open policy are also a big challenge for the security of Xinjiang. In order to provide some insightful suggestions and recommendations for the unity of country and harmony of the society, the present article centers on the study and discussion of the importance to strengthen ideological security in Xinjiang, new challenges confronting the ideological security, and strategies to reinforce the ideology security.The article includes four parts. Introduction centers on significance and basis of the article; related studies at home and abroad; research method and research outline; key points, difficult points and creative points of the article. The second part"the importance of strengthening ideological security in"Xinjiang"is devoted to the discussion of the significance of reinforcing ideological security in Xinjiang from the perspective of the conception of ideological security and the function of ideological security. The third part"challenges confronting ideological security in Xinjiang"is to discuss the challenges from three points: the infiltration of the western hostile force headed by USA, the ideological penetration of the"three evil forces"and new conflictions and problems emerging from reformation and opening up. The fourth part is"strategies to strengthen ideological security in Xinjiang". This part provides some measures to strengthen ideological security from the following aspects: pushing economic development to provide material guarantee for ideological security; boosting the construction of political civilization to provide political guarantee for ideological security; strengthening the construction of advanced culture to provide cultural environments for ideological security; and striving to construct social harmony to provide favorable social environments for ideological security.
