Leading Cadres In The New Era Of Ideological And Political Education Is Facing Challenges And Countermeasures

Devoting much attention to the education of cadres are the fine tradition and valuable experience of Our Party. Under the new condition ,Our Party building is faced with a strong challenge ,at the same time ,the problem of cadres' education is more conspicuous and pressing.On the basis of these ,this article makes a systematic study on this problem and puts forward some countermeasure in view of this situation.ThOOrough this way ,the article tries to provide a single opinion for the present construction of the Party.The full text is about 30 thousand of words and can be devided into two parts in all.Part I,the challenge of cadres' education during the new period. Its expression : FirstOly, the particularity of cadres' education itself, then, the pressing request for cadres' education caused by the domestic circumstances, and finally , the pressing request for cadres' education caused by the international situation.Part n, the research for the train of thought and the countermeasure of the cadres' education .At first it analyses the train of thought -"The Three Representative". Then it probes into the ways to the education of cadres, as follows: first, it is the gap of education to develop correct idea of power and morals awareness and law awareness ;second,it is the key thing to cultivate a fine work style; third, it is the guarantee of education to reform the mechanism of appointment and supervision; the last , we must try to probe new ways suited to education so as to achieve good results.
