Telecommunications Services, The Terms Of The Contract Analysis Of The Main Format

Started from the principle of civil law, basis on the relevant laws and regulations of "Contract Law" and "Telecommunications Regulations", combined with the author for many years practice in the telecommunications services industry, and considering the concept and characteristics of telecommunications service contracts, this paper gives systematic and detailed legal analysis of hot society issues and related services agreement clauses, such as protection of personal data users based on the main format of telecommunications services, special responsibility of telecommunications for value-added services, ownership of the telecommunications card balance, the period of validity of telecommunications service contracts. Through comparing studies and propose a solution, we hope that we can accelerate the legislative research of related laws and regulations in China's telecom industry's developing process, nail down the legal relationship of the main format clausal about the telecommunications services, improve telecommunications services agreement, and ultimately used in practice, so as to promote enterprise handle affairs in accordance with the law, and ensure the consumers' legitimate rights.
