Study On The System Of Bankruptcy Reorganization

With the promulgation of the much concerned Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the PRC, the system of bankruptcy reorganization has been introduced to the socialist market economic system. The superiority and effect of the system itself have attracted much attention of the public. The first chapter provides an overview of the bankruptcy reorganization system and the necessity and importance of the system. The second chapter to the general principles of the bankruptcy reorganization system is expounded, mainly from the concept, characteristic and historical evolution theory and value orientation and the comparison with the relevant system, etc. Focus on the theoretical basis, because this is the basis of the existing system. The third part presents the substantive rules of the bankruptcy reorganization system, the next part presents the procedural rules. The two parts based on legislation are introduced in detail, and analyze the new bankruptcy of enterprises in chapter 8 of the content.
