The rural land problem is one of the most important problems in the proceeding of socialist modernization constructing, which is represented currently as lost-land peasants for built-land recruiting as the urbanization advancing. Indicated by the practice, most group intercourses going against the situation to build a harmonious socialist society recently correlate to the lost-land peasants. So, reconsidering this problem seriously is very important. Considering the objectivity of the socialist modernization, the key to resolve this problem is to vindicate lost-land peasants' rights and interests better. Therefore, as viewed from public administration, this paper aims to analyze: 1) the status quo of the lost-land peasants' rights and interests, 2) the lost of the lost-land peasants' rights and interests theoretically, 3) the institutional experiences on vindicating lost-land peasants' rights and interests from other states, 4) some feasible policies of vindicating lost-land peasants' rights and interests. |
