Research On The Protection Of Farmers’ Rights And Interests In The Transfer Of Rural Land Management Rights ——On The Basis Of Marxist Concept Of Fairness

From the perspective of Marxist concept of equity,this paper investigates the protection of farmers’ rights and interests in the transfer of rural land management rights under the background of the separation of three rights.Rural land management rights is not only the land transfer problems,influence scope is not only the economic rights and interests of farmers,also from the perspective of Marxism fair view,this is the social distribution problems,rural land management rights directly related the reasonable distribution of the economic,political and social rights and interests of farmers,the concern is China’s rural overall stability,and also closely related to the harmonious development of society in our country.This paper is divided into six chapters.The introduction mainly introduces the realistic significance of the writing background,the definition of relevant concepts and the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces the modern connotation of Marxist concept of fairness.The third chapter,from the perspective of Marxist equity view,examines the status quo of the damage of farmers’ rights and interests in the transfer of rural land management rights in China,and analyzes the substantive reasons for the damage of farmers’ rights and interests.The fourth chapter discusses the significance of studying the transfer of rural land management right in China by means of Marxist concept of equity.The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures to protect the rights and interests of peasant households in rural land circulation on the basis of the Marxist concept of equity.Chapter six summarizes the full text,points out the shortcomings and further solutions.
