To construct inland law system of anti-discrimination in employment, this article launches preliminary systematic research on the present law system of anti-discrimination in employment in Hongkong, discusses the development and the direction of reform of Hongkong's law system in future, and finally arrives at some plans on how to construct the inland law system.This article is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 is on discrimination and employment discrimination within the category of jurisprudence. This chapter mainly researches the connotation and denotation of discrimination and employment discrimination from the perspective concerning jurisprudence. By studying the present research achievement, the writer forms his own explanation of the discrimination and employment discrimination. This clarification sets the basis of the research.Chapter 2 is the justification for the establishment of Hongkong's law system of antidiscrimination in employment. It mainly studies the codex origin on which the system depends. The codex origin contains two parts - international pacts and domestic constitutional laws. So this chapter elaborates, in two separate sections, on international human right pacts and prohibition of employment discrimination, and the reference constitutional law of the construction of Hongkong's law system of anti-discrimination in employment.Chapter 3 is the introduction of three laws concerning anti-discrimination in employment and prohibition of employment discrimination. It mainly deals with the researches made over theses three laws currently applied in Hongkong, especially over their provisions concerning the prohibition of employment discrimination at great length. The above-mentioned laws are: regulations of sexism, of disability discrimination, and of family status discrimination respectively.Chapter 4 is about the Equal Opportunities Committee. It chiefly deals with the detailed researched upon this committee in such respects as its background, operational mechanism, actual practice, and so on and so forth.Chapter 5 focuses on the prospect of the law of anti-discrimination in employment in Hongkong, which is based the foresaid researches together with the some problems that currently come out in the operation and application of such law so as to launch research upon the prospective developing direction for Hongkong's law institution over anti-discrimination in employment.Chapter 6 deals with the establishment of the law of anti-discrimination in employment in the inner land, which is based on the experiences in Hongkong. Its main focus is on some anticipations and proposals concerning the establishment of the above-mentioned law in inner land with the experiences gained from Hongkong as the basic reference.
