On The Orderly Political Participation Of The Citizens In Our Country

With our country's reform and opening up to the world,our country's economy has achieved rapid development,construction of China's socialist political system has gradually been integrated into the conventional path of development,the degree of political institutionalization has been continuously improved. At the same time,the legal awareness of citizens in our country, rights awareness,democratic participation awareness has also been enhanced.And citizens have paid more and more attention to their own interests, therefore,all hope to express their own ideas and opinions and convey to the government. However, the supply system at the national level lags behind the citizen's political demand,political channels through which citizen can take part in the politics are also very limited.Citizens can not express their proposals and suggestions through normal legal channels ,and how to resolve this contradiction is a major problem before the party and the government. The solution to this problem is to expand the ways citizens orderly take part in politics,thus making citizens have more legal channels to express their benefits.How to expand the orderly ways of political participation of citizens?To clarify this question,we must first understand the reasons what impacts our citizens'orderly political participation at the present stage,then suit the remedy to the case to solve that problem.What impacts the orderly political participation of our citizens is mainly due to the following reasons:the unsound political systems,the insufficient social development,the low degree of autonomy,the low political quality of our citizens,the government's lack of self-government and the underdevelopment of self-government organizations and grass-roots and so on.At present,our country is in the crucial period in which the expansion of political participation of citizens in an orderly way takes place.The purpose of this paper is to make some suggestions to this problem and guide the practice of the next job.This article is divided into five parts.At the first part,it will explore the study for the expansion of political participation of citizens in an orderly way and the status quo of practice at home and abroad;at the second part,an interpretation and analysis of the connotation, essence and characteristics of the orderly political participation of citizens will be given;at the third part,it will give a detailed analysis of what affects the citizens'orderly political participation in our country; at the fourth part,it will put up with a detailed design on how to expand the ways of political participation of citizens in an orderly way,and it will make a detailed dissertation on the following aspects:the expansion of citizens'participation in the work of the NPC,the improvement the petition system,the perfection of grassroots'self-government system,and the strengthening of folk organizations'roles in the orderly political participation of citizens. Moreover ,a conceivement of how to gradually improve the political participation of citizens in an orderly way will be put forward.The final part is the summarize of this text.
