| Justice is the eternal pursuit of people, the requirements of government's administration of justice embodied in the people's ideal of justice. Public administration of justice is a global practical issue. From the actual situation of every country in the world, both the developed and developing countries, are facing with the problem of public administration of justice, particularly to the developing countries, this issue is more evident. As the all-round development of China's social transformation and the socialist market economy, public administration of justice issues increasingly becomes an important subject in current Chinese economic society.This article first uses the historical analysis of the justice and administrative justice of the basic concepts of history and the changes in detail and discussed the interpretation, laid the theoretical foundation for this article. According to the characteristics of public administration, summed up the chief justice of the standard dimensions, that is fair, efficient, stable, and on this basis, the chief justice should be guided by the principle. With the development of market economy, seeking administrative justice has become strong demanded of social ethics. However, China's public administration of justice faces enormous challenges, this article from the alienation of power, abuse of power, the chief of the high cost and low efficiency, loss of administrative ethics, accountability and many other shortcomings, in light of the actual cases described in detail in our public administration of justice defect exists, pointing out the direction that China's public administration should make efforts to. Finally, the paper points out three main reasons for administrative justice defect: awareness, system and administrative personality. To resolve the defects of China's public administration of justice issue and realize the public administration of justice should from the three-pronged, trading justice as the core values of public administration, reforming the administrative system, establishing a sound administrative system, and achieving the moral character of administration. |
