As the harmony of values to become a perfect guidance and the main evaluation criteria of social conduct. The law's harmonious value just studies the harmonious relationship between law and people. It may be a supplementary for the law's value of the theoretical system.The harmonious value of law refers that law promotes harmonious positive sense for the human and the collection of people that is to say collective. Law can make the relation between people and people, or people and social, people and country to coordinate and promote each other. Law makes people in favor of all-round development in the long run. Orderly, fair and effective are the basic value of the law, is also the fundamental value of the publicity in the development of the harmonious society. It is the theory basis of the law harmonious value existence or not among harmonious, orderly, fair and effective.
