The Study On The Relationship Between CPC And Democratic Parties In The Period Of All-round Socialism Construction

Multi-parties cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of CPC is one of the basic political systems of China. Within the political parties relationship in the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, CPC is the core leading force and democratic parties are parties participating in the management of the cause. The long-term cooperation of CPC and democratic parties is an effective guarantee of the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.The structure of this paper includes five parts.The first part: Introduction. Briefly introduced the reason and meaning of selecting this subject and analyzed current research review of academia on building the relationship of CPC and democratic parties in the period of all-round socialism construction, then explained what problems this papers aims to solve.The second part: Basic theories of CPC multiparty cooperation in the period of all-round socialism construction. Including doctrines of Marx,Engels and Lenin on parties relationship of proletariat;experiences of CPC and democratic parties cooperation; The situation at home and abroad in the period of building socialism. Through analyzing the theories origins, practice fundament and current situation of CPC's policies on dealing with the relationship with democratic parties, this paper made clear the theoretical and practical and reality fundament of CPC's relationship with democratic parties in the time of building socialism.The third part: The main content of CPC's multi-parties cooperation policies in the period of all-round socialism construction. To introduce the foundation, guidelines and forms of the CPC's multi-parties cooperation policies.The forth part: The tortuous development of the policies and its practice of CPC on relationship with democratic parties in the period of all-round socialist construction. The paper carried on overall and systematic summary and synthesis of the development between CPC and democratic parties in this period. After the completion of socialist transformation, China stepped into the period of building socialism。By correct analysis of classes condition in socialism society and right judgment of main social conflicts in the society, CPC ascertained the cooperation guideline of"long-term coexistence, mutual supervision"with the democratic parties, as well as the cooperation fundament of transforming China into a modern and powerful socialist state, and perfected cooperation forms such as biweekly colloquia and consultation colloquia. Thus further solidified the multi-parties cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of CPC with Chinese characteristics, realized friendly cooperation of CPC and the democratic parties in the primary stage of socialism, and paved way for mobilizing all positive factors and concentrating on building socialism.However the relationship between CPC and democratic parties went through exceptional twists and turns during the 10 years of building socialism. The Anti-rightist movement started in 1957 and the extensification of the movement, followed by rectification and criticism inside democratic parties,"self-transformation Great Leap Forward","show loyalty to the Party"and"remove white flags"overthrew CPC's right policies toward democratic parties and long regarded them as roles to be fought remolded, thus made the democratic parties, CPC and the whole cause of building socialism suffered losses.By the late 1950s and early 1960s, problematic situation emerged in China, CPC gradually corrected the"left"in work , adjusted policies of united front work and drew a"loosen"guideline for the democratic parties, rehabilitated the honor of attacked members of democratic parties, thus amended the relationship of cooperation between CPC and the democratic parties and they in times of difficulty work together with one heart.At the Tenth Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of CPC in 1962, class struggle was extended and absolutized. The errors of"left"in the work of CPC on democratic parties rise again and gradually developed, bringing reversal of right and wrong on theories and policies of united front work, tightening once more the relationship between CPC and the democratic parties, the errors of"left"constantly developed and finally caused the burst of the Cultural Revolution.The fifth part: Reflection on the experience of CPC's relationship with the democratic parties in the period of building socialism. Experiences and lessons of CPC on dealing with the relationship with democratic parties deserve our reflection. There is successful experience of CPC when it fully trusted and cooperated with the democratic parties in the cause of building socialism, as well as errors on analyzing social conflicts and dealing with its relationship with democratic parties which finally led to severe harm for the building of socialism. Though the work of multiparty cooperation of CPC in this period was suffered under the guide of the wrong"left"idea, long-term and constant error didn't occur. The unification and cooperation of CPC and democratic parties played an important role in conquering severe difficulty of the country, adjusting and recovering national economy and building socialism.
