The Research About Socialism Concept Of Rule Of Law With Chinese Characteristics

Socialism concept of rule of law with Chinese characteristics is, since the reform and opening up, the crystal of Marxism legal theory which combing the basic principle of Marxism with the concrete practice of Chinese concept of rule of law. It is enriched and developed by CPC and shows the important fruit of localization of the Marxism.This concept greatly enriches and develops Marxism legal theory consisting the modern theoretic foundation of Socialism concept of rule of law.Therefore, the research over this issue not only has profound theoretic meaning, but also has important value in the practice. This paper,mainly introduces Deng Xiaoping's democratic legislative thought,Jiang Zemin's thought of governing the country by law and Hu Jintao's Socialism concept of rule of law which composing the important components of Socialism concept of rule of law with Chinese characteristics. Deng Xiaoping's democratic legislative thought is the beginning of Socialism concept of rule by law with Chinese characteristics, basing an important theoretic foundation for its generation.Comrade Jiang Zemin inherits and develops Deng Xiaoping's democratic legislative thought and raises the strategy of governing the country by law, making a milestone in the Chinese Legislation Process.Entering into the new century,CPC central committee, with comrade Hu Jintao as the general secretary,starting from the overall situation of socialism undertaking with Chinese characteristics, on the foundation of summing up the experience of Chinese socialism legislation construction and learning from the Civilization achievements of the rule of law,raises lots of rule of law thought by the scientific concept of development.
