Harmony Ruling Party's Governing Philosophy Of The New Development

Communist Party of China (CPC) is the ruling party, how to operate the political relationship between the ruling party and the government, which has much to do with the leadership level and ruling level of the Party and the stability of the nation. Since the ruling environment of the party changed deeply, enterprising and developing the governing concept of the party has already been an important topic to build up the party's governing capacity. The thesis takes this topic as the research object, discusses the objective inevitability of the reforming of the governing concept, analyzes the experience of CPC on the governing concept, points out the basic way of thinking to enterprising and improve the governing concept, puts forward the development concept the He Xie governing (Originally,I called it the Harmony ruling party .but recently I realized that the English word "Harmony "is not equal to the Chinese word "He Xie".From then on I start to use the "He Xie" instead of "Harmony ".). I expect that the thesis will enrich and develop Marxist theories on ruling party and our party can draw lessons from it.This text consists of three parts: the foreword, the main body and the conclusion. The foreword gives a brief introduction about the significance and purpose for writing the thesis.The main body is divided into three parts:The first part discusses objective inevitability of enterprising and improving the concept of the party of CPC based on three aspects: the development of history, the building up harmonious society, the need of strengthening itself.The second part analyzes the experience of our party from the history investigation to the governing concept, basic characteristics and Scientific intension of the traditional governing concept, summaries the age epoch era times inspire of He Xie governing concept.The third part analyzes the meaning ,using and value of the He Xie governing concept: (1) He Xie governing tamp idealogical base for Marxist new engineering of theories on ruling party. ( 2 )He Xie governing puts forward thereunder of reality for building up harmonious society. (3 ) analyzing values of foreground on He Xie governing.The conclusion pointed out shoulder heavy responsibilities of enterprising and developing the governing concept .Building up He Xie governing Concept in the harmonious politicals, harmonious economy, harmonious culture and harmonious society condition. I expect that the thesis will enrich and develop ruling level of the Party and the stability of the nation. Building up the party's governing capacity to realize party's leading goal and governing intention.
