Purpose:Adolescent is a critical period of values formation. Nearly 20 years, the researches on the values of adolescents are rich and cover many fields. On the study methods, in addition to the questionnaire method, the researchers also attempts to use other means to carry out research; On the evaluating tool, in addition to using the existing test and adaptation the foreign tests, the researchers also has exploited the measurement tools which applied to our teenagers' development.Socialist core values support our society and impact on the thinking and behavior of people during the great journey of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in a deep level,but there's almost no evaluation tool on the adolescents' core values. This study constructs the evaluation system of adolescents' socialist core values including the content evaluation system and the indicator evaluation system, and then will construct the national norm of adolescents' socialist core value. The evaluation system not only can present the general development of the adolescents' socialist core values, can also provide a reference check for regional socialist core values in the future, which makes the test results more scientific and standardized.This evaluation system is used for adolescents from 12-23, including 5 sub-questionnaires:politics, nation, sociality, development, honor and disgrace concept. This study enriches the content of socialist core value and supports the socialist core value system theoretically.Methods:The author used document analysis, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other methods to construct the content entry of the socialist core value and prepared the items according to the value entry in this study. The investigators used random cluster sampling and took 800 middle school students and undergraduate in the preliminary test in Chongqing. According to the results of exploratory factor analysis of revised items of the preliminary test, the author identifies the test items. During the re-test, the investigators select 4500 participators from eastern, central, and western China (which the economics of the city is developed, general or under-developing). Revise the items again and determine the final items of the socialist core values evaluation system according to the second test data.All the people participated in sampling have been trained and sample officially after confirming the sampling program of the ESOASCV (the evaluation system of adolescents' socialist core value).The researchers selected three provinces from each region, each province several middle schools and universities, and sampled the entire class as a unit from every grade. They also notice to choose representative schools in all the middle schools, and the representation of various schools and faculties of the university.Besides, the number of male and female subjects should be equal as far as possible.SPSS13.0 is used to analysis the data. The author constructed the structures and dimensions of the ESOASCV (The evaluation system of adolescents' socialist core value) with exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and other statistical techniques, and analyzed the reliability and validity.Results:The adolescents' socialist core value content evaluation system includes five sub-questionnaires which are politics, nation, sociality, development, and honor and disgrace concept. Sub-politics scale includes 4 dimensions:Maoism, Deng's theory, three represents important thought, scientific development view; Sub-nation scale includes 3 dimensions:Patriotism, peaceful reunification, national rejuvenation;Sub-sociality scale includes 4 dimensions:state prosperity, political democracy, spiritual civilization, social harmony; Sub-development scale includes 3 dimensions:exploitation and innovation, reform and opening, progress with time; Sub-honor and disgrace concept scale includes 5 dimensions:hard working, unity and mutual aid, upholding science, honest and law-abiding, plain living and hard struggle.The Reliability is 0.94 and the construct validity and content validity of the questionnaire is also good. According to psychology, Marxist theory, sstem theory, and the content of"Some Major Issues on building a harmonious socialist society decided by the CPC Central Committee"put forward the Sixth Plenary Session of the sixteenth Party Congress, the author used AHP to construct the Indicator Evaluation System of adolescents' socialist core value.The Indicator Evaluation System is made up of three level indicators, including 5 first level indicators,18 secondary indicators and 41 third indicators. The 40 third indicators are divided into knowledge, attitude and emotion, behavior of which there is 20 knowledge items,41 attitude and emotions items,13 behavioral items.
