| Internet banking is becoming a frequently discussed issue in both law field and economics field in recent years. It brings a rather strong impact to legal theories. The new legal issues related with internet banking are quite complicated, for it is different in many aspects from traditional banking. Therefore, it is quite necessary and obvious to regulate internet banking under legal system. Currently, there have already been some advantages in our legal system of internet banking regulation, and have become more unified with that of other countries, especially in construction and precaution, daily regulation, international and our-farming regulation of internet banking. However, there exist many disadvantages in our legal system on how to regulate internet banking. The legal system is not quite perfect, and the range of examining and approving system is over wide. Then, the rights and obligations of both parts is not clear and the operating risk resulted from technology and staff is a little high. Besides, the market-exiting system of internet banking is not perfect. Accordingly, the legal regulation system of internet banking should be improved in all aspects mentioned above under the principle of globality, safety, technology-neutrality and consumer-protection.
