Improvement Of Urban House Demolition Compensation System In China

With our country's rapid economic development and the rapid urbanization, some economically developed regions rapidly expand urban space; therefore, many urban housing demolition phenomena happened. Recently our government and people paid more attention about the executive compensation of housing demolition when there are many controversies and problems about housing demolition arisen.This paper starts with the analysis and summarization to the existing problems in the basic theory of Urban House Demolition, then proceed to the theory-leveled discussion about them and finally draw some suggestions aiming at improving and structuring the whole system.This paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter one outlines the concepts and characteristics of urban housing demolition and housing demolition compensation. Chapter two adopts the way of comparative study, inducts foreign urban demolition compensation system, such as U.S.A, France, German and Chinese Taiwan, to put forward some revelation for our country. Chapter three introduces the legislative status quo of our country's housing demolition compensation, pointing out the defects in legislation, contents and procedures of the urban housing demolition compensation. Chapter four propose some ideas to improve the compensation system in our country.
