The Research On The Problem And Countermeasures Of Urban Houses Public Demolition Based On The Public Goods Theory

With the fast processing in the urbanization and the rapid development of economy,the efficiency of construction in urban resources gradually increased. Meanwhile, alarge number of population flow into the city so that the government should increase thequantity of supply in public goods. The public demolition belongs to category of publicgoods, it gradually play an important role in the processing of urbanization. Inpractice, there are many problems in the public demolition. Aiming at preventing fromand managing the social concern of the public demolition, the most basic starting pointshould be handling the relation among public interests and personal interests, as well ascoordinating the contradiction among the government and people whose houses arepulled down, on the basis of defining public interests. We should take some measures toset up and improve special legal system and put forward some suggestions about thepublic demolition, and orient the function of the urban government accurately.The paper is divided into five parts.In the first part, we mainly introduce the research significance, research objectivesand ideas, the problems to be solved and research methods, with a general introductionof the paper.In the second part, we elaborate the fundamental theory of public goodsand public demolition, including the concept of public goods and public demolition andsome related theories. Meanwhile, we analyze the correlation between the publicdemolition and public goods, which establish the theoretical basis for the paper.In the third part, according to the development characteristics of urban public demolition in China, we introduce its development process and the status quo. After that,we analyze the present situation of public demolition Changchun city.In the fourth part, combined with the development of public demolition inChangchun city, we analyze the existing problems and causes by using the methodssuch as literature analysis, social investigation and case analysis.In the fifth part, according to the previous analysis of the problems and causes,combined with the characteristic of public demolition in China and the direction ofurbanization, we put forward some suggestions and take some measures toimprove public demolition.
