Dissert On The Ideological And Political Education In The Construction Of Communist Party Branch Of University Graduate

Ideological and political education is the lifeline and central part of all the work concerning the communist party of China. It is also an important way to strengthen the party's construction and it can improve construction of socialist university graduate sub-organization. With the development of China's higher education and the increasing number of graduate students, college graduate sub-organization construction has already become an important content of the university party construction. What's more, the problem on postgraduate party members'ideological and political education is increasingly prominent. The main current of ideological and political education in the university graduate sub-organization is good, but there are still some problems that we must pay attention to. This paper discusses the great importance of ideological and political education in the construction of university graduate sub-organization, including how to establish a correct direction to the construction, what is the basis of management to party member cadre, what is the important guarantee of leading postgraduate party member to useful persons, how to build a harmonious graduate party sub-organization and so on. It also analyzes some problems about ideological and political education in the construction of graduate party sub-organization which display in partial concept, old content and single form. Some views to improve the ideological and political education in the construction of party are proposed, such as, developing initiative and creativity pertinently, advancing with The Times, exploring a proper approach to optimizing the ideological and political education; etc. Finally, it concludes several points that can't be neglected to improve the ideological and political education in the construction of graduate party sub-organization.
