With the rapid development of China's industrialization, urbanization has become an irresistible trend to accelerate the development, production, peasants and farmers in this part of the population count in the rapidly expanding, whether it is national Governments or honored for farmers are very concerned about, especially in this part of the population in the event of the loss of land to this important protection for the survival, development, relocation, they tend to be located in the city's rebuilding communities, fetched from rural communities to urban community of transformation process, farmers said goodbye to the idyllic pastoral type of country life, to integrate into the fast-paced, highly competitive city life, must be psychological, lifestyles, values, and so complete the change, and the residents of the community to maintain and establish good interpersonal relationships, in favor of the more emotional and material support and momentum, urban loneliness, employment difficulties, it is difficult to adapt to problems of urban life, and harmonious relationships, is a Chinese tradition and culture of the embodiment of a harmonious society and an important part of the spiritual, for well-off society and harmonious society. Interpersonal relationships of the peasants, maintaining, developing and improving this disadvantaged group of interpersonal relations, for physically level fetch the livable community building community, it was very important.This article mainly uses literature, individual questionnaires, interviews, and other methods, to fetch farmers interpersonal relationships as empirical research, through to fetch the Community farmers survey of interpersonal relations, in the transitional period, community of rural human relationships change, and highlight the fetch community as opposed to urban housing community and rural community relationships features, describes the current status of the fetch area and current relationship status of causes, and suggest appropriate solutions and recommendations. This article is divided into six parts: part 1:Introduction:explains the author to research the origins of human relations, research on the relationships at home and abroad of the literature and theory describes, for this study on the concepts related to interpersonal relations are defined, describes this research ideas, research features.Part two:the peasants of empirical research, the study hypothesis put forward this article; data collection and research methods; describes the object of the study of the relevant circumstances, has the particularity of the typicality and object; describes the composition of the sample.The third part:discusses human relations for the role of landless peasants, establish good interpersonal relationships can give farmers a better complete socialization, as farmers provide material, psychological, information and other support.Part four:combining social network analysis method, the object of this article's size, composition, and the relationship between the object of the homogeneity of the population and the heterogeneity of the studies are described, the motivation and their interactions.Part five:specific case, the farmer family relationships, neighborhoods, industry relations, and so different categories of interpersonal relationships in specific situations are discussed and analyzed, in addition, they are in performance of "human", "trust" for description and analysis.Sixth part:combining social transformation and the characteristics of human relations based on the elaboration of a fetch farmers human relationships.Part seven:Exploring current interpersonal status for causes, from the economic, social, demographic, environmental and other factors affecting the current status of peasants in interpersonal relationships.Part eight:for current interpersonal relationship of proposed corresponding proven strategies.Part nine:concluding remarks:research on this article summarizing the conclusions.
