The Inquisition On Countryside Interpersonal Relationship Of China In The Social Reforming Time

Since the policy of Reforming and opening up in 1978, the society of China has transformed from traditional to modern. With its acceleration, each aspect of China's social life has or will go through a wider and deeper change. It is similarly manifested in the general rural areas. Following the social reforming, the general countrysides are experiencing the process of modern development----local colour elimination. Farmer'life styles are influenced deeply and each aspect of it is experiencing certain transformation in this process. At the same time, the traditional culture, which formed and inherited by generations of people in the production and life practice, will not disintegrate or vanish very soon, but struggles to survive and play its unique function in certain areas. Therefore, as for local farmers, local colour elimination is a long and difficult culture choice. Farmer's daily life, behavior, social relationship and so on will be inevitably influenced by this choice. As an important constituent of social relations, the countryside interpersonal relationship in the process of"local colour elimination"can inevitably be multiple and complicated day by day. Thus, it initiate scholars to research, discuss and reconsider form different angles of view.China is a large agricultural country which has more than 900,000,000 farmers, interpersonal relationship between countryside inhabitants can not only affects countryside stability and development, but also plays very important roles in the new rural reconstruction which is carrying on now , and the realization of well-of and harmonious society. The discussion of current countryside interpersonal relationship is significant.This thesis mainly adopt structural formula visits, questionnaire, individual interviews and other research methods to conduct the research. Based on the comparation of the interpersonal relationship in the two different nature survival requirement and economic level of development countries, we discuss the characteristics of the interpersonal relationship, analyze the foundation and condition of it, and finally propose several ponders to the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationship in the new rural reconstruction.This thesis consists of six parts:The first part is introduction. We expatiate the origin of the research, retrospect the existing correlated research documents, and propose a new researching way.In the Second part, we introduce the elementary theory of interpersonal relationship and explain several core concepts which the thesis involved. In the third part, we conduct positive research of interpersonal relationship condition of our countryside in the social reforming time. First, we propose the research supposition, introduce the methods of material collection and analysis, and give quite detailed showing to the investigated place——Qing & Gao village in Xing'an, Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, as well as the basic situation and the sample constitution. In the end, we analyse the investigated results form the following five aspects; interpersonal exchange, interpersonal cooperation, human sentimental communication, interpersonal trust and interpersonal conflict, using the statistical anylysis metheods of Descriptive Statistics, Corss—Tabulation and Chi-Square Tests, and so on.The fourth part mainly describe the characteristics of the countryside interpersonal relationship in the social reforming time.(1) Traditional Heritance. Based on the comparation of the two villages in Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, we find, even in the social reforming time, the traditional ingredient is still strong and the interpersonal relationship is still owning traditional colours, mainly manifested in: taking blood bond and geography as standard, countryside interpersonal relationship based on affinity; sensibilities are still the main link of the countryside interpersonal relationship; trust and harmony are still the mainstream of the countryside interpersonal relationship.(2) Modernization Protruding. With the establishment and development of China social economy, commodity production and exchange are gradually becoming the essential parts of social life, which profoundly affect the interpersonal relationship of the society. Under the influence of market economy, some new modern interpersonal communication ideas and characteristics have already gestated, germinated and grown gradually in the countryside. The countryside interpersonal relationship is undergoing some certain transformation: the interpersonal communication scope is expanding gradually, and the importance of the relations based on work and sentiment highlights gradually; the economic interest exchange is obvious day by day; and the countryside interpersonal relationship is be coming more and more rational; words contracts and other forms of modern human communication appear; and so on.In the fifth part, we analyse the foundation and the condition of forming the certain countryside interpersonal relationship in the reforming time from economic, political, cultural and individual factors.The Sixth part is the pondering and conclusion. Firstly, we ponder over the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationship in the new rural reconstruction. And then, we propose the conclusion of the thesis and explain the research's insufficiency.
