This paper attempts to integrate theory with practice through the perspective of behavior analysis unit to correctly address the issue of unit crime awareness, so as to maintain the unity of the theoretical system of traditional criminal and integrity.Besides the introduction and the conclusion, the following four aspects were discussed: first, from the criminal law sense, knowledge of the unit and the theory of criminal behavior on the unit description and understanding.
