On The Contemporary Western Humanitarianism Interference

"Humanitarianism interference"is not a unique phenomenon in the western world, but western humanitarianism interference which has great impact on world society is the most important theory and practice in the field of international relations after the cold war. This paper concentrates on the development course of humanitarianism interference, trying to re-organise and analyze its forming and evolution, by analyzing cases with theory, concludes that humanitarianism interference will till be the main form and content of western interference. And western countries'humanitarianism interference is just a tool for the own purpose. Their actions which are often unrestrained by the UN, are also regarded as illegal and widely disapproved. As a permanent member of UN Security Council and also a world power, China bears significant responsibilities in the world and can not ignore international or regional conflicts and disasters.This paper also explores theories and practice of non-western humanitarianism interference, giving a conclusion that most non-western humanitarianism interference comply with UN framework agreements and focus on international conflicts, rescue, preventing war and improving the living environment of interfered country. Therefore, this kind of interference is a win-win deal for both sides and commonly approved, reasonable and legal. China can implement humanitarianism interference within the framework of UN agreements, effectively undertake its international responsibilities, making contributions to world peace and stability.
