A Study On Investment Legal Environment Of Kyrgyzstan

In recent years, with the development of the international situation and the well of comprehensive economic situation and political of the central Asian countries, the central Asian countries are more important in the geopolitical and the status of world economy market. In particular Kyrgyzstan is the only country which joined the WTO in five central Asian countries, whose market access is more open and foreign investment need is more urgent. With Chinese implementation of the western development strategy, China are developing trade relations with the central Asian countries especially with Kyrgyzstan urgently. At the same time, the two kinds of interests are same. Driven by the urgency, the analysis of Kyrgyzstan investment environment is more necessary and investment legal environment is more important. Based on the perspective of the investment legal environment in Kyrgyzstan, the author study on the basic of Kyrgyzstan legal information, combined with news, data, the investment legal environment factors are analyzed and evaluate the overall investment legal environment. Kyrgyzstan investment legal environment is good, there are perfect legislation system, advanced law enforcement ,strict judicial, perfect judicial system , general law-abiding citizens, but Kyrgyzstan exist corruption of judicial enforcement, law consciousness is poor. Based on the evaluation of Kyrgyzstan investment legal environment, Kyrgyzstan investors have a more profound understanding of Kyrgyzstan, and the decision-making reference , could avoid risk and get maximum benefits.
